Clare has many years of work experience in the commercial, construction, back office, client service and financial services industry.
Clare obtained an NVQ Level 2 Business Admin at age 17 and since then has worked in multiple disciplines. She obtained a degree in English from the University of Kent in 2010 and is also qualified in Mortgages and Protection.
Clare decided to go solo in July 2018 and hence Elite VPA was born. Since this time the business has grown by referrals and we are now a team of six working flat out on a daily basis. Clare is a multi-tasker and picks up all aspects of the business including paraplanning.
Clare's interests include bike riding, working out, reading and she is currently working towards writing her first book.
Leila is an all-rounder providing a high level of support to many clients.
Her skillset is varied but she prefers to work on the financial services team and is studying towards some financial exams with the CII to further enhance her role.
Chloe joined the business in November 2018 when the client base was becoming too much for Clare to handle alone. She predominantly deals with administration and is particularly good at chasing queries, liaising with administration teams, liaising with clients, telephone based activities and chasing invoices.
Outside of work Chloe enjoys her time with her daughter Maggie and their dog Millie.
Amy started working in the Financial Services sector in 2013 as a Mortgage and Protection Consultant. She obtained her Level 4 Financial Diploma in 2015 at which point she started working as a Paraplanner at St. James's Place.
Over the last 6 years, Amy has focussed on building her technical knowledge and is currently studying to become Chartered.
In her spare time, Amy is a keen runner and also enjoys crafts such as sewing and knitting. She is also a professionally trained classical musician and occasionally organises charity concerts.
Francesca joined the business as an Apprentice in September 2020.
She is currently studying for her NVQ Level 3 via Canterbury College as part of her apprenticeship and continues to gain knowledge and experience in her role.
In her spare time, Francesca enjoys cooking, listening to music and make-up.
Tina works on an ad hoc basis picking up over flow work. She previously worked alongside Clare in a St. James's Place practice. She previously worked with P&O and has excellent diary management skills.
